Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We keep it simple — no drama, no hidden lines.
If something doesn’t fit right, doesn’t vibe with you, or shows up wrong — we’ve got you.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You’ve got 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Just make sure the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and still rocking the original tags.

  • In the same condition you received it — no perfume, stains, or wear marks.

  • Not part of a sale, offer, or drop that’s marked final.


2. Size Issues / Exchanges

We get it — oversized fits aren’t one-size-fits-all.
If the size feels off, we’ll happily exchange it for the right one (subject to availability).
If your size’s sold out, we’ll drop store credit your way — valid for 90 days on elvn8.com.


3. Refunds

We don’t like to keep you waiting.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are sent straight back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • COD Orders: Refunded as store credit — quick and easy, no bank details needed.

  • Sale Items: Final sale pieces don’t qualify for refunds — that’s streetwear rule #1.


4. Reverse Pickup / Self-Ship

  • We offer one free pickup per order for your first return or exchange.

  • Need another one? A small ₹100 logistics charge helps cover the hustle.

  • If your area isn’t pickup-enabled, just self-ship to our warehouse — we’ll credit you ₹100 once it reaches us.


5. Wrong or Damaged Product?

That’s on us.
If you ever receive something damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered — send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos at support@elvn8.com.
We’ll fix it — either replace it or refund it. No questions, no stress.

7. A Few Quick Notes

  • Don’t send anything back without emailing us first — it may get lost.

  • Pack it safely — torn packaging = rejected return.

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screens aren’t considered defects.
