1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • During high-demand periods (like sales or new drops), processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier partner delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above â‚ą799.

  • For orders below â‚ą799, a standard shipping fee of â‚ą99 will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional â‚ą60 charge.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Please ensure the mobile number and address provided are correct to avoid delays.

  • Refusal of a COD order without valid reason may lead to restriction of future COD purchases from ELVN8.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our website and entering your order details in the “Track Order” section.

6. Delays & Undelivered Orders

We work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, in rare cases of delays caused by weather, logistics, or unforeseen issues, we’ll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please reach out to us within 48 hours at support@elvn8.com.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
